Is this a one-size-fits-all solution?
Not at all. All systems are customized for each customer to feature the dynamic and static assets they prioritize. For automatic design from templates, we train the system's layout skills to your templates before going live as they are all different! Systems can launch with only static assets and AI information via the voice agent. Some organizations may only add one or two assets that they'd like to offer with automated design. So this is definitely scalable.
What kinds of assets can be offered in the online system?
For static assets, anything you might expect in an online brand portal is possible. Examples include photos, colors, fonts, templates, photos, executive bios, case studies, press kits, and more.
What does this cost?
Pricing is affected by the number of automated and static assets in your setup and the number of people who are given registered access. There is an initial setup fee then a monthly subscription. There is on-demand support and a set of quarterly updates are included as part of the subscription. There are generally three tiers of pricing. What if I don't need all this? I only have a few assets that are constantly created.
The integration of Brand AI can be scaled down to just a few assets, or even just one. Many organizations find that they are under the most time pressure with a couple of assets supporting activities like business development or events. These are ideal for AI automation to accelerate release times and quality. A curated brand system as part of this product is also optional.
Are there any surprising features?
We hope so! Being a system built of agents who know everything about your brand, it is also learning how people are trying to use it. Your corporate marketing team can access information about which templates are getting the heaviest use, where new assets or versions may be needed, and who is trying to break the system the most often. Unlike some other AI brand systems, ours will NEVER automatically evolve your brand, yikes! We believe those kinds of brand decisions are best for human leaders. But this system will offer your team advice and ideas to inform those decisions.
Also, when you add a new assets or make other significant changes, a message can be sent to each registered user's email.
What about optimization and measurement?
We plan to offer predictive analytics and advisement for GEO optimization as part of the system by 2027. This is a strong consideration for any public facing asset.
